The state of Utah has one of the youngest populations, the highest birthrates, and the most educated adult workforces in our country. It consistently ranks very high in national rankings for growth and development.
But, Utah also has the lowest number of gospel preaching churches per person of any other state in the country.
We believe that God has uniquely equipped and positioned our congregation to be a church planting hub to start new churches both in the Salt Lake valley and across the intermountain west.
Of the 3.1 million people in Utah, over 2.5 million live within one hour of downtown Salt Lake City. We are praying that God would raise up new leaders out of our church family and that God would use us to plant many church planting churches across our state.
We believe the gospel must be proclaimed in places where it isn’t. God’s plan is that the organic product of great commission work is the planting of churches. We long to reach one of the neediest areas of our country by taking what God has poured into our lives and investing it in the lives of others such that new churches are formed in Salt Lake City.
