Passage: Acts 9:1-31 Speaker: Pastor Lukus Counterman Series: The Book of Acts: Neighbors & Nations
Speaker: Lukus Counterman - In Acts 9, Saul, the persecutor of the Christian church, is transformed into a powerful witness for Christ. This is the account of Saul’s conversion. He goes from a desperate situation of rejecting the Messiah, to a gracious intervention whereby Jesus reveals himself on the road to Damascus and totally transforms Saul’s life. The beauty of this passage is that reminds us of Christ’s miraculous work in salvation. It encourages us to continue witnessing for Jesus because there is no one beyond his saving power. May the Lord strengthen our hearts in the gospel – it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes!
