Speaker: Will Galkin - Paul’s admonitions regarding marriage, family and the work place are motivated by what he said back in Ephesians 5:15-21 “Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise…to understand the will of the Lord and be filled with the Spirit...submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.” Paul is helping us see what this submission to one another looks like in a variety of domestic relationships. After addressing how a Christian husband and wife should relate to one another, he turns to address the relationship between parents and children. Finally, he communicates how a Christian can see the Gospel of Grace at work at work. Christians are not to just act Christian on Sunday but they are to reflect the new life they have in Christ all week long. Let’s see what Paul says about the work place in our text for this morning.
