Tools for Understanding the New Testament

"The boy that drives the plough will one day know more of the Scriptures than the Pope does." As a pioneer in the English translation of the Bible, this was William Tyndale's dream. Because of Christian translation efforts like his, we have now inherited the Bible in our own native language. But the question becomes this: How does the ploughboy with a Bible now understand it? How do regular Christians acquire the tools needed to faithfully and joyfully understand the New Testament? This Gospel Growth is aimed at answering that question by helping all of us gain the right equipment and find a renewed enjoyment in studying God's revelation in the New Testament.
